Icebergs is a beautiful Sydney restaurant perched on the precipice of Bondi Beach. It is a fabulous place to eat or visit anytime but especially when owner Maurizio Terzini holds a party. On Saturday he did just that, throwing a bash to celebrate the restaurant becoming the new ambassador for Cîroc vodka with delicious cocktails showcasing the premium flavour. I was on a three day juice cleanse so I jealously admired some of my favourites – espresso martinis , oysters and imported buffalo mozzarella. The night ended with a spectacular fireworks display over the ocean and I found out from mr Terzini that he was soon to open a new pizzeria in Bondi.I can only imagine it will be beyond delicious and this time I will definitely not be on a detox!
